Franke VAT Specialists is a member of the Dutch Register of Tax Advisers (Register Belastingadviseurs or “RB”). Being a member of this organization gives you as a client assurance on our capabilities and of the fact that Franke VAT Specialists lives up to strict regulations in the area of knowledge, ethics and doing business. As a member of the RB, Franke VAT Specialists is subject to disciplinary regulations of the RB, and is obliged to live up to the regulations on preservation and extension of tax knowledge, and in the area of the business of the firm itself (i.e. requirements on liability insurance policies). We also use the RB’s general terms and conditions on our services. This assures our clients that we act by these clear arrangements and there is no hidden “small print”.
